*WAS WRITTEN WHEN I WAS 12. SEQUELS WERE NOT WRITTEN OR POSTED. READ AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE* First Instalment of the World Trilogy Music, shows, and stressing over assignments due in a day is what made up Embry Philips' life. And she was fine with that; after all, she had her best friend to help her through it. Until he suddenly wasn't human. A boy with white hair, moving shadows and a dog-sized dragon are only the beginning. Soon enough, she's in a large castle that most people can walk straight through without realising, unable to sleep without being plagued by nightmares, and learning how to fence. And she hasn't even met his friends yet. WARNING: Will contain explicit language and mature themes. A/N: Credit to my co-author @FigjamEstSince02 for helping me get this story straight and at least semi-good. Credit to _ladylucifer for the amazing cover!

PS: I do use AI for grammar and spelling but it is still my story and idea and I still have my own creative direction I did so it is easier for you to be able to read ... A boy wakes up in a broken world, his backpack scattered, his heart heavy with questions. The sky feels too quiet, the shadows too close. Nothing looks familiar-except the weight of betrayal already burning inside him. He doesn't know who to trust. He doesn't even know if the light that saved him is real... or just another lie. But one thing is clear: the world is falling apart, and he's the only one still standing. In a place where hope is shattered and family cuts deeper than enemies, survival isn't enough-you have to fight to keep your soul.
