This story is set up after "The Snowmen" but before the "Bells of St. John's" episodes. Since, my background is psychology I thought it would be neat to do a story from that perspective. That of a very incredulous psychologist that happens upon a very strange client indeed. But, a client that needs her help moving on from incredible losses. Just as the 11th Doctor met Dr. Brian Cox in "The Science of Doctor Who". He and the 12th Doctor will meet another academic and change them as well.

Amelia and Avalyn Pond were two Scottish girls who lived in an English village named Leadworth. when Amelia was seven and Avalyn was six, they met a strange man who called himself 'The Doctor', after his little blue box fell out of the sky, into their back garden. After saving them from a crack in their wall, The Doctor leaves with the promise of returning five minutes later, so when he returns later than expected, there's no wonder why they've changed. Despite everything, Amelia and Avalyn decide to travel the universe, through time and space, with The Doctor, in his TARDIS. As time goes by, The Doctor starts to notice that Avalyn's eyes catch the attention of everyone they meet, and it annoys him that he can't figure out why. But with cracks in the skin of the universe appearing, The Doctor can't seem to find the time to work it out. Perhaps the cracks can provide more answers than The Doctor was expecting to find, opening up new posibilities that he could only ever hope for. ○~@~○ "I like your eyes."
