London, at the turn of the century. A killer is on the loose. He's brutal. Careful. And worst of all, methodical. So methodical, in fact, that he stages his killings to look like accidental deaths. Scotland Yard is oblivious to his existence, until their new Police Surgeon - Dr. John Watson - discovers the killings for what they are: Murder most foul.

Watson is teamed with a contentious Inspector LeStrade, who doesn't believe any killer could be so brilliant... until the duo discover the clues the killer has intentionally left behind. Now, Watson and LeStrade are locked in a battle of wits with the most brilliant criminal anyone has ever faced, and to make matters worse, the killer is growing bolder now that he's found the one thing he's been searching for...
