Lucy, a eleven year old witch, goes to Hogwarts. The beginnig of year is as any other. After Christmas Lucy Winter, Albus Potter, Scorpius Malfoy, Rose Weasley and all other students and professors notice differences. It is not the athmosphere, something else is wrong, something at the very base of magic itself...
A story meant to inspire others (of which one is J.K. Rowling herself if you ever read this).

This is my own version of the next generation's first year at Hogwarts. I wrote the majority of this story long before The Cursed Child came out, so it does not follow a similar plot line. Albus, Rose, and Scorpius struggle to be friends as they are sorted into different houses. Draco and Harry meet again, and this time, things are different. Scorpius explains how his mother died. Pansy Parkinson's son always seems to get in the way. Lucius Malfoy has never been more evil. I've worked extremely hard on this story, so I hope you read it. Enjoy! A dancing pair of fluttery pink fairy wings. That was all anyone ever seemed to see in Lily Luna Potter, because she never took them off. An angel of innocence, she pranced around Hogwarts as if everyone loved her, making good marks and smiling at everyone she saw. It was all a mask, of course, and it chafed at her, making her feel pressured and overly bubbly, like a bottle of butterbeer being shaken. It was bound to wear thin someday and peel off, this mask of hers, she reasoned. Why not now? A stack of books. That was all anyone ever seemed to see in Scorpius Malfoy, because he was never seen without one- often his thin face would be completely hidden by thick, musty old tomes. Even after going on that completely MENTAL time-traveling adventure with Albus Potter and having his birth status confirmed, Scorpius was still "that odd Malfoy kid," while Albus himself had suddenly become a Hogwarts icon. This story takes place AFTER the Cursed Child. Scorpius is in love with Rose, he's been love struck since the day he met her. He loved everything about her, her hair, her eyes, her intelligence, her wit, and her sass. What with the boy's personality, his geekiness, his cleverness, and his sense of humor, anyone would love him. Nyx Light is a fifth year from the United States. She moved to London with her family, and being part of the wizarding world, she had gone to Ilvermorny and was in the house of Pukwudgie.
