A mysterious illness plagues the planet, only a few individuals show carry it. It is know as M-9K11, nicknamed 'Madness'. It is not contagious, the gene is random, and has no cure. Recently it has mutated into a new gene strand, M-9K12, 'Superior'. It gives it carrier one to three different abilities, and the added lack of restraint makes for a deadly combination.
I fight the Superior gene every day, my name is Michelle Thompson, but I prefer Memory. I am under constant watch and have showed no signs of insanity for sixteen years, until the incident. I know what you must be thinking. Why not name this title ' the adventures of Sharkboy, lavagirl and whatever my name is'? Well because that would of ruin the whole story.
