My Perfect Disaster

I was walking home from work and dropped my jacket, I bent down and picked it up, another white envelope fell from inside my jacket so slowly to the pavement, I looked around to make sure no one was watching me. When it was clear I scrambled to the floor and picked it up, there was more blood on the envelope. I opened up the envelope and inside written in blood on a piece of paper read "tick tock, tick tock, 5 dead, 10 to go! Have you guessed who I am yet, my sweet Tara?"

Tara Mcall is a Senior at Willford High, she is short, has big blue eyes and known by her peers as the "awkward, quiet, orphan". She was abandoned by her biological parents after she was born and has been living with a foster family ever since. But everything changes when she runs into tall, attractive, big beautiful browned eyes of Carter Lockwood. Oh and guess what he is young detective as well, will he let love enter his life or leave her like her parents did?
