Poe buries himself in work as he tries to forget his failures and forge ahead. Leia attempts to cement her legacy and ensure the future of the galaxy. This fanfic explores a different ending to TROS starting at about the halfway point, when Kylo reveals the truth about Rey in the hangar. It will focus mainly on their story but there will be significant plot arcs that focus on Finn, Poe, Leia, and others. She gasped as his hand came around her and gripped the back of her neck, pulling her into an angry kiss. Shock radiated through her whole body, paralyzing her legs. She gripped his arms as they caged her, keeping her from escaping. "I'd be damned if I let you slip through my fingers again." ~*~Summary~*~ Set after the events of Episode VIII: The Last Jedi. Rey is sent by General Organa on an important mission to infiltrate the First Order from within, feed helpful information to the General and bring Ben Solo home. In order for the mission to succeed, Rey has to do something she never imagined herself doing.
