After the events of weirdmageddon bill was weak, mortal, a teenager and still can't be seen by human kind. he meets Tabby Valentino a human, with the power to be able to see him and uses her as a means to regain his powers.
Seven years pass and everything seems to be looking up for bill but what kind of story would this be if it stayed that way.

Weirdmegedon doesn't end well. Bill is able to take over the falls very easily and the rest of the world is soon to come.
