A Whole New Freaking World

"Good Morning! Would you like some pancakes? I love your hair today. Were you always this pretty?"

I really did find it weird that my mom didn't leave for work yet. I also thought it was really weird that she had a WHOLE table of breakfast ready for me to eat. Was I dying or something?

Ignoring my gut feeling that something was wrong, I decided to just enjoy not having to make my own breakfast that morning.

I sit down to eat, and she confirms all my suspicions. Such simple words with such a big impact. Words that would change my life forever.

"We're moving."

My life is about to change completely. I'm about to experience things I've never experienced before, and maybe even find the person that helps me get used to my new home.
