Rose Ann De la Cruz is finally going to college. It is one of the most major transitions every teen has to face, and now, she would be facing that same dilemma, maybe only worse. Her family is in another country while she is doing school.  She has always been a strong and independent girl, and she knew she could handle it.  But when things started to get tough in nursing school, and when everything starts falling apart, Rose Ann has to learn how to hold on tighter to what she believes in, and trust that she will get through it all.
