One hundred fifty years ago, scientists
created a program of human experiments called Project 001.
They selected prisoners who were sentenced for lifetime imprisonment to be ideal candidates.
You know that expensive lotion or soap you use, they tested it on them first. Soon, 20 or so years have passed, the prisoners tried to escape.
Only 200 of the 1750 human experiments were able to obtain freedom; but, because the scientists had already altered their genetic coding; to make it simpler, the gene for having super human abilities were dominant in reproducing.
Because of this, more people with super human abilities, called Peculiar, started popping up and causing havoc.
To solve this problem, many countries such as Australia, the U.S, Canada, and others part of the U.N, decided to create schools for teaching children with a peculiar how to control their power and use it for good.
