There was a Blackout every week. Not the kind you think though. It's an actual Blackout at night. To be more specific, it's when this group of teens go around every Friday night, wearing all black, running the neighborhood. They manage to cut all the power from eight to eight. I wake up on my living room couch feeling dazed. I sit up and look down at my clothes. They're covered with grime and dirt, there's also a sort of woods smell.
