When kids turn into teenagers, it makes or breaks them... Literally. When children are born into this world their eyes are pitch black until the hit puberty and develop their 'colour.' This colour determines your life path, what you can develop into and what you are capable of. Much to Sasha's misfortune she is the only member of her family to develop blue eyes. Blue eyes are seen as the eyes of purity. They are capable of magic and certain things beyond humanity, as a result by law, if you have a child that bares blue eyes you must hand them over to the system and they are locked in prison to help avoid black magicians being born. Sasha wants to escape to find a way to out-run the law, and find peace for blue-eyes everywhere.
