Katy moves into her new apartment in Las Vegas Nevada. As she's moving in her things one of her neighbors gives her a funny look. She asked what was the problem and the old lady says, there just hasn't been a soul living there since 1979. Even with the goosbumps, she pulled herself into the apartment. Only to find out that she's not the only one there. All of a sudden she hears a eerie voice say, "Do I frighten you?". She drops everything and locks herself in her room.
