Avalon's girls summer road trip/ backpacking adventure has lost all momentum. For miles upon miles the forest is nothing but dense trees and fog.
Upon reaching their destination, a small town called Northboreal, Avalon and her two friends meet Kenneth.
Intriguing and demure, he persuades the girls to stay a little longer.
When one of the three girls goes missing, and Kenneth right along with her, Avalon's trip turns dangerously.
