It's the year 2030 and the world has changed in more ways than one. Human cyborgs have been created to cater to everyone's needs and technology has made a big jump since then.
However, cyborgs aren't the only thing that are getting created.
People with unnatural powers, or superhumans, have been appearing around the New US for six months now and no one knows where they came from. All they know, is that the government has deemed these people dangerous. They are superhuman terrorists who have come to destroy and hurt everyone.
Nathan Rickenfield used to not care about stuff like this. Until he found out he was a superhuman as well. His power? Immortality. However, this power will only work when Nathan does not realize he is dying or killed. After being captured by the Angel Regimen, a group of rebel superhumans who are planning to take down the government and free all the other superhumans, Nathan slowly begins to realize that there is more to this than just people with powers and that danger lurks in every corner.

[STORY HAS BEEN REBOOTED] Ivy just burned her boarding school to the ground, but that's the least of her problems. People are chasing her, the government wants to lock her up, and a group called Scorpion wants to recruit her. Ivy quickly learns that she isn't alone in the world. There are other kids like her. Kids with powers. They are known as the Supers, and now it's up to them to stop Scorpion. The fate of the country, and possibly the planet, depends on it. The Supers don't know it yet, but the whole world is about to change. They've become a part of something much bigger than an experiment gone wrong, or a fight for power, or the strange and sinister organizations trying to use the Supers for their own purposes. Phantom, an organization known for producing lethal weapons and soldiers, got their hands on a few special individuals. Three years ago there was an accident that officially had no survivors. It was in a high school during finals when someone had caused the explosion. The room itself that held the device was unscathed, the area around was completely obliterated. Whatever had happened left one class with specialized powers. A group claiming to by the government took them in for questioning, within 24 hours all of their parents, friends who weren't in the school, and realities all were dead. That is what Phantom had the power of doing. Present day Jane Moor, the now lone survivor of her school's explosion, has to decide if she wants to live a normal life or protect the ones she cares for. After 3 years of pain from Phantom, an organization hellbent for domination, she has gained strength and knowledge that few have ever discovered. Playing parts of the innocent, the killer, the friend, the child, the leader, and the dog she has had enough servings others. However, Jane knows what's coming and may be the only one that can not use it as an advantage. Her own powers battle against each other and the past fights the road she has chosen. Disease could hypothetically be cured much faster and better than ever expected, or so they thought. When test subjects of the human trials didn't survive, hope seemed to be lost, but not for long. The patients started to come back to life, but the weren't the same as before. They start displaying mysterious side effects, the company that created them tries to hide them from the public. Ben Taylor is one of those such patients. That just the way it is, the people with powers are looked down upon were ever they go as both a dangoure and low class workers with zero money. Soon however I realized that the capitol doesn't look down upon the ones with powers because they are a lower class but because they are a threat, so if that is what they think of us stand with me and join the fight for our freedom our rights, super blood made us like this so we can make them fear us. BOOK 1 From the moment the Declaration of Independence was signed, there were people who didn't agree with it. This included a small group of politicians who called themselves Chaos. They planned a mass attack on the U.S. on July 2, 2076, Americas 300th birthday. On that day, they assassinated the president and began bombing in New York. Unfortunately, Chaos only had about 200 soldiers so they came up with a technology to implant a chip in the nervous system and essentially control them. So basically, each solider could make a civilian a soldier and the civilian would be forced to fight and make soldiers of their own. The whole operation snowballed and everything went according to plan. Unlike in other stories, there is no hope and the only way to survive is though the CPO (citizen protection organization), created by Benjamin Franklin. It's a system of secret subway tunnels, used to evacuate civilians to safely. Out story begins on July 2, 2076 when the first bomb drops. Madalyn Grace and her friends are caught in this apocalypse and must find away to leave.Complete
