What constitutes a true failure? A 14 year old boy wanting to be able to make it to hero school and superpower training but in truth is so mentally impaired that he hasn't even made it past the elementary grade. What constitutes a true hero? Not only fighting crime, beating the vile monsters attacking the city, and saving lives, but seeing a true failure for what he is and being kind and helping him all the same. It seems that there are only one of each; One true failure in hundreds of pretend failures. One true hero in hundreds of pretend heroes. The True Failure, The True Hero, and everything in between. In the superhero academy, things are not as they seem. There are whispers in the night. Strange shadows in the day. And strange smells all around. Villains are among the ranks of heroes. Will they be found? Or will they bring down the academy, and the heroes down with it?

Why is there always an abundance of hero's stories, or stories of the villain being put to ruin, with little to no thought of the villain himself? Why are villains called villains? Is anyone who opposes the hero a villain? That's what it seems to be. If that's the case, then I am indeed a villain. What if the villain wants to save the day? Did you ever stop and wonder if he has the pressure of saving the world, his world, on his shoulders? What if the villain was named a villain without doing anything wrong? What if the villain, is not a villain at all, but a victim? Everyone sees me as a haunting shadow, as a living nightmare. To the outside world, I am a vengeful vigilante. My family sees me as nothing, an outcast (my living family anyway). If only they knew my past, that would explain my motives, and maybe then they would not label me a villain. -The Black Knight In the City of Gatringdon, the royal capital of Geshucoar, there is a shadow full of secrets. No one knows his real name. All they know is that he has it out for the king, and that he will not hesitate to do whatever it takes to accomplish his unknown agenda. Not even the king's Royal Guard can keep him away....
