What if the war never happened? What if everyone got to live a sort of normal life? At least everyone but Tris. Tris remembers living through the attack against abnegation, she remembers her parents death, Will's death. She remembers going over the wall and to the bureau. She remembers the plan with Caleb to stop them from releasing the memory serum. She remembers things that never actually happened... Will she be able to restart? Can she use these 'dreams' as a way to guide her and her friends through tough times?

Life in Dauntless without the war. Its hard to explain without spoilers, but this has many different things from other fanfics. mended vs. settLed (a FOURTRIS love story)
Summary: Tobias is devastated when Tris, the love of his life, dies the day the memory serum is released at the bureau. In his grief, he attempts to take the memory serum in order to wipe away his pain, Tris's best friend stops him. Christina helps him to see that Tris would have hated him erasing her from his mind, she told him "The person you became with her is worth being." A year passes as Tobias develops a close friendship with Christina, she then pushes him to move on from his grief, to live his life and just move forward. They begin a romantic relationship. This story will begin as one couple is just beginning and then a true love is discovered to still be alive. The difficulties all face as they move forward. There is mending and then there is settling. +++++o++++++o+++++ This is a fourtris love story, of angst, healing and romance. A lot of angst. This will not be a Fourstina, Tostina, etc, story (aka settling). If you have strong feelings about Fourstina - this is not going to be the story for you. We all know what happens at the end of Allegiant,right. Well what would have happened if Tris didn't die but was saved by a secret government organisation. Under a new name and a new appearance, Tris must travel back to Chicago if she is to stop a reckless serial killer. But when she finds out Tobias has moved on, and with someone she would have never expected, everything comes crashing down. But will she stay in order to protect the ones she loves and herself? This is an alternative ending to Allegiant. I own none of the original characters as the amazing Veronica Roth does. But some are a figment of my imagination. Beatrice [Tris] Prior- A good girl who gets good grades, stays at home, lives alone, and hates Four [Tobias] Eaton. Four [Tobias] Eaton- Bad boy who gets semi decent grades, reckless, lives with an abusing father, and hates Beatrice [Tris] Prior. Now this is where an author would usually say something like, "Will they get together or will it be a nightmare? Read to find out." Well as you predicted YES they get together. It wouldn't really be a wattpad story if they didn't. But I will tell you this; just because they get together doesn't mean there won't be any obstacles or disasters, because there are plenty of disasters and obstacles that they as a couple will face. Oh and don't forget about the other characters too! Will and Chris. Marlene and Uriah. Shauna and Zeke. Lynn. And the dreaded Al. They have stuff going on too. The light also shines on them, so if I were you, I would buckle in, and hold on tight for this emotional rollercoaster.
