Vampire Girl has the life that no one wants. She's used to the bullying between periods, the graffiti on her locker, and the fake vampire teeth hidden in the bottom of her backpack. And her life was much the same in California before she moved the Utah. And what's really weird, is no one knows her real name. She was just the girl in the background who always wore black. 

Then Milo moves in. He's both mystified and intrigued by the girl in the black. He wants to learn her story, but nobody seems to no that either. So he tries to get to know her instead. As Milo befriends Vampire Girl, he thinks there may be something mysterious behind her story. A secret that she's to scared to tell.
