The Other Twin
"...it just gets to me sometimes with my parents always yakking about how Karyn is so athletic and successful, while I'm constantly being told that art doesn't count as a talent and I'll probably end up on the streets of Paris if I don't give it up." Beth gave me a comforting pat, "At least you'll be in Paris." She joked trying to lighten the mood. We stopped outside the small dent in the hallway where the two double doors to the auditorium were. "See ya then." I waved at Beth as I walked over to the elevator to the lower annex. "Wait, Taryn." "I stopped, "Yeah?" "As cliche as this sounds, just remember that you and Karyn are individually special." I gave her a bland look, "Uh-huh." Beth was a lovely person and all but even she knew that Karyn was the queen in this stupid high school hierarchy and that left me in the place of the joker. Identical twins? Yeah right." *** We laugh and cry. We make time fly. Best friends are we, my sister and me. Sisters are one of the best gifts from God. And identical sisters just takes the cake. I wished for a Boyfriend not a Girlfriend (GxG, Lesbian) °editing°
I was awakened by a buzz, but I don't want to get up, instead I lay still on my bed and about to dream again when I heard a THUD, I flinched at the sound. It's Saturday so I'm not expecting anyone at this early in the morning. I'm not a morning person, I am now annoyed to whoever it is. "Coming!" I yelled and started walking which took me sometime because I literally took my time, don't blame me I'm still sleepy, I opened the door to see a very beautiful woman, she has long wavy hair, thick eyelashes and pink pout lips and lastly... a body to die for. I frowned when I realized a high-school student? I can say because she's wearing a uniform. What is a beautiful high-school girl doing here knocking at my door? I asked mentally. I was about to ask her when she suddenly slipped inside my condo and sit on the couch cozily, I crossed my arms and face her still frowning. "Miss what are you doing here? What do you need?" I asked her curiously. She looked at me and smiled, a smile that can make men drool, but I'm not because I'm still annoyed. "I am your girlfriend" she said sweetly, my eyes widened in shock, I know I'm drunk last night but I don't remember having a girlfriend. I was about to say something when she stood up and face me leaning so much closer that were inches apart. "You wished for me, last night on the internet" oh crap! Now I remember! I was browsing the net when a certain ad captures my attention. "But I wished for a BOYFRIEND! Not a Girlfriend!!?" How do you handle a situation where there's NO REFUND and NO EXCHANGE? Karma will deal with him later on..."I replied venomously. Confusion crossed Frazzle's face, "but-" "Instead, players will pay. The whole concept of players was what made woods the way he is. And all the other heart breakers in the world. I can't take revenge from all of them, but I will do what I can..." I said, so harshly and coldly that I saw fright in Frazzle's eyes. "From all the fucking players at woodland high! They will feel the pain I have felt today. I am pretty, I am hot and I can be a damn good actress! Atlantis Academy: The First Element
Five Star Reviews for Atlantis Academy: "Omg this book was amazing I couldn't put it down or stop reading. I carried it with me open on my phone while I did everything just to keep reading. I need more of all of this. Epic story, epic content, epic visuals, just epic. LOVE THIS!" "Once I got into this story, I did not stop reading it. This is a beautiful story about a very awkward girl who is riven with so much pain and angst and yet... this makes her who she is and shapes her into the person she will become. The world she finds herself awakened to is magical and yet filled with the all-too-familiar cliques and tribes of the very human people who inhabit it. One word to describe the story: beautiful!" To See You Again [UWMA AU]
« Alright, guys ? What do you think about past life and reincarnations ? » Dean was taken aback by Win's word toward his two friends. Who would ask such questions in the middle of the day. But honestly ? He was interested in their thoughts and chose to remain silent. Both Tom and Yong Gi were rendered speechless and didn't utter a word for some time. Yong Gi was knitting his brows wondering when the topic had changed. « Are you talking about the things that you see in the movie ? I mean like ... Avatar : the Air bender or something like that ? » « Without the power of air but you're getting close yeah. » ----- This is the real first fiction I have ever tried to write. As it is taking quite some time to be finished, I didn't publish it yet but would like to receive some positive advice and opinion on it too. Be aware that I am going to touch on some difficult subjects such as psychological and physical violence, even if not too deeply. My purpose is not to hurt anyone and so hope you won't see it as a personal attaque but rather a simple reference to possible events in life. ----- Began : 05/2020 Published : 09/2020 Finished : 22/12/2020 ---- This is a work of fiction and has nothing to do with any real event or person. It all started from a question and has the only aim to answer it. It is very loosely based on fictions and drama's characters or public personality's personality. I merely used fictional and real characters' names for identification purposes. I do not own any of them, credits go to their respective original owners. Credit to the rightful owner for the characters pictures, it has been taken on Ohm, Prem, Boun and co's social media ^^.Complete
