"I should be afraid of the dark, considering I know what's actually out there."
Emerson Drakos, the sixteen-year-old Amazon, is one of the few people with any idea what is going on in her new home of Beacon Hills. She knows all about the town's werewolf problem, including her best friend, the vengeful and now deceased Alpha, and the power-hungry nephew who has resorted to turning teenagers.
She's never been in a single place long enough to grow connected to anyone, and even if she had, her mother always warned her about the dangers of love. Regardless, Emerson can't seem to get the thought of the newly turned Beta and orphan out of her mind. An orphan she remembers from years earlier, from when she came to town briefly following the Hale fire. He was her first friend, her first crush and now, he's her enemy.

Big thank you to Meertje1000 for my amazing cover! She's super talented, be sure to check her out!
This is, of course, a teen wolf fanfiction, so outside of Emerson, her plot, and the related characters, I own nothing.
Also this is such a shitty description but I promise the actual story is well written!
Beacon Hills. A rather inconspicuous small town with approx. 30,000 inhabi-tants. Influenced by the sunny climate of California and yet unusually green with a considerable forest region. A place where you could feel comfortable, if there were not a tiny little thing that the outside world was never allowed to learn anything about.
Superhuman creatures, magically attracted by the intense glow of the full moon. Innocent believed teenager, with glowing eyes, pointed incisors and murderous claws.
Yes, they have been living among us for centuries and even if the accusation was always in the room that they would kill everything and everyone, it is precisely they who shoot the weaker. Including the resident pack of the true alpha Scott McCall and his inexperienced Beta Liam Dunbar, the protagonist of the whole.
The young wolf had just recovered from the last exhausting battle of the hunters when dreams suddenly fought him. Dreams that seemed so real and reflected what the 17-year-old teenager simply did not want to admit. To have feelings for a person that he was supposed to hate and now came close to him so forbidden.
Would it be a good idea to follow his heart? Or just this aspect that would drag him into hell, from where he freed Theo Reaken?
Because the chimera had something stick to itself, which definitely didn't belong here...
