Her brother Sammy her grandmother are all she has. Her older brother is who knows where. Her father taught her to fight when she was young. Carter Redel is the definition of perfection. He has cobalt blue eyes, a God like body, perfect golden hair,he's popular, the star quarterback, and is dating the most popular girl. His girlfriend and best friend bully Julia and he doesn't even notice.

Who would have though their paths would cross leading them down a new path. They start to get used to each other. Of course that is until her childhood best friend Dylan moved back next door.

When all hell breaks loose and Julia's world is spinning, who will be there to catch her when she falls? (Warning: I'm not great at descriptions but my book should be a lot better. I don't always tend to follow my description much so I may change it a bit. Plus my punctuation isn't always the best.)

*~*~* REWRITTEN AND PUBLISHED AS HUNTINGTON AVENUE ON MY PROFILE *~*~* Zachary West has it all. Near-perfect grades, a kind, loving family, and is a guitar prodigy. Seems like a wonderful life, right? Most good things come with at least one catch, though: He's blind. Following a move from Washington to New York, Zach struggles to fit in with everyone else. Little did he know that high school across the country would be extremely different than back home. He would endure new town, new home, new friends, but also new hardships. Will Zach find a way to fit in with his new surroundings? Then, there's Kelsey Davis, one of the popular girls of the school. She's beautiful, charming, and, of course, she can be a bit questionable. Luckily, there's almost always a side to people that nobody sees. Hanging out with the wrong crowd has gotten to Kelsey's nerves, but she doesn't want to leave her friends. Having such a reputation with the entire school has extremely high standards, and she can't meet them anymore. Will everything change when she notices a unique boy among the crowds who might need a friend? *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Disclaimer: This is the very first book that I ever wrote. It was created in the Fall of 2018 by a 15-year-old girl who had no idea how to construct and develop a story. It's still a very precious story to my heart and I will always keep it published here. :) Word Count: ~70,000-75,000

"You should care, Dylan. You would still be living in the back of a car, stealing from Seven Eleven! Is that what you want?" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The "Four Musketeers." That's what they called them. If they weren't all together they were two on two. And they give zero fucks about life. The Adopted one The Bad boy The Player The Best friend Dylan is like most troubled girls. She doesn't care about her grades, she skips school, hangs with the wrong crowds, and hates her parents. But of course there's a reason for all of this. Dylan is adopted. Dylan has always struggled with being adopted and she tends to fight everything in life. Many bad memories cause her to be the way she is. She desperately wants to forget her past, including some bad things she experienced, but the memories stay stuck in her mind. Dylan has three best friends who help her get by. The only three people she 100% trust and doesn't like to. They all have their own problems and lies they tell, but they help each other through it all. Especially her boyfriend Vince, who would do absolutely anything for her. He would die a thousand times over before anyone hurt Dylan. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Dylan's not just my whole life, she makes my life whole. Some days she's the only reason I get out of bed. Without her in my life there is no point in living. She's like the air I breathe. Without her I can't live. She's my best friend and I will love her to the day I die." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This summer Dylan gets the opportunity to do what every guidance counselor has claimed she's always wanted to do . . . split up her family. Will she realize splitting up her family won't help anything? Or will she just not care? After all she was abandoned once. "I asked you a question, and you're going to answer it." Hmm. To answer or not to answer. "Geez my name's Carter and can you let go, you're hurting me." I replied making my lower lip quiver slightly. I'm the master of manipulation. He let go immediately and I found myself missing his touch. Stop Carter, don't be an idiot. "Are all alphas as pissy as you?" He didn't seem to appreciate my comment. "Only when it comes to their mates." Sophia Carter Adams. AKA Carter She doesn't care what anyone has to say, she just wants to have fun and live her life, which means causing as much trouble as possible. When her dad can't take her behavior anymore, he sends her away in hopes of her loosing her rebel behavior. Carter has no plans of changing her lifestyle, and maybe things would have went her way, if it weren't for him. Asher Graham Davis. (It's not edited and probably has a lot of mistakes. There's also a lot of cussing...so beware.)
