The Darach and the Alphas were a problem Violet and the rest left behind. After the night of the lunar eclipse where they defeated Jennifer Blake and sent Deucalion away the pack's problems faded away. At least that's what they thought.

More problems come when Scott, Stiles, Allison and Violet have to deal with the darkness giving power to the Nemeton left in them. A darkness that was going to affect one of the four the most. Not only do they now have to fight against this darkness for the rest of their lives but also onis come along.

Beside their overall problems Violet also has to deal with her personal ones. What will happen between her and her supposed to be dead mother, Kristine Argent? What will happen between Isaac and Violet after the truth about his feelings towards Allison and vice versa are revealed? Will they defeat the mayor problem coming? Will Violet and Isaac fight for each other and finally end up together?
