Life isn't a fairy tale. Not everything has a happy ending.

Sometimes to follow the dreams you once had, you leave the only person you have left in this world?

Elise Brooks is a 16 year old ordinary girl from Texas but her whole world is turned on its head when her mother dies and her father sends her to a boarding school in York, Great Britain. Getting off on a bad start she turns to self-harming once again as her reliever. Then she meets someone who can help her. Everyone has trouble in their lives and Kale Smith knows this all too well. What happens when Elise realises she's not alone? Will the always guarded, tough and troubled Elise Brooks' ever let out her problems in a positive way? Will she ever grieve her mothers death properly? Will happiness ever be apart of her life again?

Follow Elise as she embarks on a hard, sad and romantic journey.

Broken or Beautifully Scarred?

2 parts Complete

We all know the one kid; the kid that's in the back of the class, has none or very little friends, always silent. Well Rosemary is that girl. However she has a big secret, no she's not an elf, fairy, or anything else like that. Rosemary is abused by her drunken mother and careless father. And before you leave dismissing it as some stupid damsel-in-distress story, realize that this is hardly a work of fiction. Yes, I'll admit, some details have been exaggerated for dramatic purposes, and names have been changed as well as the location, to protect the privacy of the people in the story. However the key details and happenings in Rose's life are very true. A/N: So I have no idea what happened but there is only the one chapter. It duplicated and when I try to delete one both disappear so...yeah I have no clue.
