While attending Wickwood, she finds herself involved in a civil war between the Witches, working on the side of Cailleach Dark- the Witches' Duke of War. Will Cailleach be able to teach Hazel that witches aren't all as bad as the legends make them sound? Or will she forever carry with her the historically evident grudge held by her ancestors?
