Margaret Grace wasn't a hero, nor was she a villain. She was just a narcoleptic girl who tried so hard to track down her family and remember chunks of her life that were lost in the shadows. She wished she could go back in time to change her life... but you couldn't erase time, now can you?

So what happened when she discovered abilities beyond her control? Or when Rip Hunter called her a so-called meta-human and asked her to join his team of a combustible duo, two criminals, a dead assassin, two reincarnated hawk people, and a billionaire with a refined metal suit and a smile you just couldn't forget?

Margaret was terrified.

Jasmine has a secret-one that's caused various government agencies to come after her since the age of 12. With each passing day, they're closer and closer to meeting their goal: capturing or killing her. But, surprisingly enough, that's currently the least of her worries. One day a portal hidden in her closet transports her to the world of her favorite TV show, DC's Legends of Tomorrow, where she learns that not only do her favorite fictional characters exist, but she needs to join them. In order to stop the multiverse from being destroyed once and for all, she needs to help them stop herself; or, more accurately, the Earth-1 version of herself. Should be easy enough, right? Will this teenage girl be able to stop the world from suffering under her evil doppelgänger's reign, or will she collapse under the pressure and be forever forgotten? *** Entry for "Open Novella Contest" -Round 1 Shortlist -Round 2 Shortlist -20K Milestone
