Kate Onison is a C student with genius brothers and strict parents. She doesn't exactly fit in with the people she cares about the most. So her mother demands a schedule change for the second semester. Her new teacher, Jacob Varela, is quite literally the teenage dream.

Except Kate would be the one living it. She loves her new classes with her new handsome teacher. He's young, and understands the way kids like her function.
