When a new strand of virus is unleashed in Tampa, all hell breaks loose and society falls as hundreds of thousands of people die. Order is no more, and the area is run by criminals. As the government attempts to take control of the situation it is clear that new steps must be taken to restore order and reclaim the city before the situation spreads. That is where Directive 51 takes place. Directive 51 is a directive to release a classified organization of agents into an area where society has fallen and chaos has ensued. These agents are highly trained and virtually self sufficient and will do anything to restore peace to the area. Answering only to the president alone, the situations and decisions these agents will face trump that of any others. Will they be able to contain the threat of the impending virus and those who release it?

Confused I reply "Yeah I am please, call me Anna." as Bentley peeks out from behind my legs. I have this really bad feeling in the pit of my stomach that I know what this is about. "I'm General R. Paul, on behalf of the United States Marine Corps, we are sorry to tell you that Captain Damon Norris was killed in the line of duty. These are for you." He says handing me the two envelopes. <3 Damon and Anna have been best friends since they were in diapers. Their families are close friends. When Damon was 18 he decided to join the forces, more specifically the Marines; following in his grandfather's footsteps. What she doesn't know is that he has loved her since he was only 13 but, was just too scared to tell her. He had only one week after basic training to see his family before being deployed to Iraq for 4 years. So they decided to spend his last week together and before his deployment; they wind up sleeping together. Resulting in her becoming pregnant. What would you do if you were told that your best friend, and the father to your children was dead? " I lunge forward at him hitting his groin with my knee then right between the eyes. As soon as I do, he crashes to the ground, out cold. I go for more, but a pair of arms snatch my waist lifting me up. I kick my legs and flail my arms to get closer but he is too strong. "Let go of me!" I demand. "Shut up." A low strong voice commands."Is he okay?" "He is fine." I grunt. Then the young adult wakes up, then scurries back away from me. "Sorry ma'- miss... " he says, making me angry again. I give him a cold stare. "I'm sorry." He repeats, standing to his feet. "Put. Me. Down." I demand again. With a huff he puts me down. I step forward with full intentions to punch him again but the man behind me takes my arm, holding me back. I jerk forward to get off his grip but he takes my other arm tightly. "Alright! I'm done! I'm done!" I huff in defeat. " This story follows Astrid, a 26 year old female who ran away from home 10 years ago. The only reason she has come back was to get away from the hole she dug her self into. She is running away from her problems again. Life before she ran away wasn't as nice as the public saw it- the sherif's family, happy, and loving. Behind the doors it was orders being barked left and right with no warning or break. Not wanted to deal with this anymore, Astrid ran. On her voyage out, she ran into some trouble that seemed all fine until it wasn't. She comes back home and everything is all fine and dandy until, "Unknown: You thought you could hide forever? I found you, and I can find your friend, Nicole. If you want her safe, you'll be at the ring in an hour." Since Astrid's leave, the town suddenly had a motorcycle gang that hangs around, not realling doing anything in particular, but the sherif doesn't trust them much. It's been almost a hundred years since Earth's civilizations fell, leaving only ruins and memories. Long before the collapse, they began taking humans, but now, everyone knows who they are and they fear them. The few who manage to return from their captivity tell stories of how these creatures treat humans like animals or children, tending to them like pets or slaves. Most survivors live in hidden cities, avoiding the ancient ruined cities at all costs. But not Jace and his crew. As a group of Stray Humans, they've made the decaying cities their home, roaming the forgotten streets, never staying in one place for long, and bringing all their skills to the table. They are a family, working together to make sure those things, Aliens, never take another human as long as they are near. When the aliens of A.C.R. (Animal Care and Rescue) find a new group of humans wandering the ruins of a large city, they think it will be an easy capture. But they soon learn that these particular humans have more willpower than most. They dodge every trap, disappear around every bend, and even manage to take some of the already captured humans with them. The aliens pity these "little creatures"-they just don't want to leave their home, but Earth is falling apart at the seams, and they are determined to take the stubborn little humans to the safety of one of the mother planets. No matter the cost. Everyone was evacuated from the home planet over 150 years ago. Our planet was dying, it was only a matter of time before our race was wiped out. Until now. Our lives were threatened when a mysterious and deadly virus broke out, killing entire communities at a time. The council says that they have a plan; they said that in order to prevent the death of more innocent people they will test every man, woman, and child for signs of the virus. Any person found to have been infected will be quarantined, the ones who die will be given a proper burial while the ones who survive are deemed carriers and are to be sent to the home planet to prevent further outbreak. I was prepared for the people I know and some I love being taken away for the greater good, but I never would have expected that among the list of people being taken from my community, that I would be one of them.. I survived the quarantine. Now for the survival of my planet I, and the other Carriers must be sent to the home planet. I'm going back to Earth.
