Peter and his pencil

Peter is an eleven year old boy who's moved to a new town, who's parents are having troubles and who isn't a very social boy. He meets a boy named Will who helps feel better in his life and brings a smile to his face. Not everyone is willing to give Peter a chance, so Will wants to plan something to make sure everyone acknowledges Peter.
