There was not anything seemingly frightening about Thea, but she could stop a man dead in their tracks without even lifting a finger. She is an Empath, one with the rare ability to sense and manipulate the emotions of those around her.

Her uncle, the king, uses this to his own advantage, forcing Thea to do his bidding. But under his majesty's rule, the kingdom has fallen into ruin, with the Red Fever running rampant. There are whispers of an uprising, their sole purpose to restore order to the land.

With pressure mounting, Thea is not sure how much more her powers can take before madness sets in. Will she side with the rebels and return Lyria to its former glory, or will Thea remain under her uncle's rule and protect the only family she has left?

I have altered the original cover for this to fit the story with permission from the original artist to use her work. This talented lady can be found here: http://yolandablazquez.deviantart.com/

21 parti In corso
In a realm guarded by four elemental gems-Fire, Water, Earth, and Air-the balance of Encantadia is once again threatened. From the frozen world of Mine-ave rises Mitena, the Ice Queen, with a single purpose: to extinguish the light and enslave the elements under her rule. But in the heart of the cold, fire is reborn. Pirena, former Queen of Hathoria, returns from exile-not just as a monarch, but as a mother, a warrior, and a bearer of hope. Upon her return, she is confronted by a ghost from her past: Azulan, the father of her child, the man she long believed to be dead... now a general in the very army that once crushed her kingdom. Between them lies a love long buried-scarred by betrayal, silence, and years of separation. While Azulan walks the razor's edge as a spy within Mitena's court, Pirena struggles to keep her distance, torn between trust and fear. How do you love a man who vanished in the dark? And how do you forgive him when you still don't understand why? Together with their daughter Cassandra and a new generation of Sang'gres, they must face the wounds of the past, the secrets of the present, and a war that will decide the fate of their world. At every turn, hearts will clash with duty, rage will wrestle with forgiveness, and fire will meet ice. In the end, the question is not who holds the most power-but who is willing to fight for the light... and for love. An epic tale of family, betrayal, redemption, and a love that never truly died. A new generation. A new flame. A new Encantadia.

Thea had never imagined to find a mermaid when she looked around in the basement, her dads had forbidden her to enter. Now she wants to free him. • • • Authors notes: Note that most characters have been aged up for about 4 or 5 years for plot reasons. (Meaning Alea & Thea are 16, Ben is 23, Lennox 17 or 18 and so on.) There is no sexual content in this fic, however quite some violence and various mentioned crimes. The violence is about as severe as it is in the book series. Everything should be tagged, if I missed something, feel free to tell me. The story doesn't contain any spoilers beyond volume 6 and just a few minor ones from the earlier books, since it's an au. There are also some made up things and plot points, so it's possible that the spoilers won't even be noticeable. The title is inspired by the chapter name "Das Mädchen und der Wanderer"/ "The girl and the wanderer" from volume 6. Content Warnings: Major: kidnapping, injuries, fight scenes, non-consensual body modification Minor: blood, death of a parent figure, mentions of cancer, mentions of car accidents, mentions of major injuries, mentions of various crimes Orion and Jinx committed, mentions of genocide Sammy doesn't use any pronouns in this story, so the reader can think of Sammy with whatever gender they want. The cover was made by myself. You can find the original drawing on my Instagram @ cassarascrown Word count of the whole fic: ∼12.8k Now I wish you fun while reading it, I really enjoyed writing this one, so I hope you readers like it too. Folktales and legends are the essence of childhood, but there comes a time when they must be left behind. One must grow up. But when The Princess of Kaupa, is married off to the King of the Theas. What seems to be a match made by the avaricious King of Kaupa, turns out to be a match made by the gods. Folktales and legends are the essence of childhood, but there comes a time when they must be left behind. Or must they? * * * I tilt my head to look at him. I have tears in my eyes; one is running down my cold cheek. I see his eyes widen and him falling to his knees beside the tub. He grasps my left arm forcefully, his eyes wide with fear. "You will never have me..." My voice breaks, but I manage to force out the words that are edged in my mind, and in my heart. "I curse you, everything you ever love shall die, everything you ever try shall fail, everything you ever wish for shall be denied you, my curse will ruin you, but the gods... the gods will end you..." I draw in a shaky breath, and gather the last of my strength. "The gods are as sardonic as they are vengeful... You shall die by the hand of The Spirit Warrior..." In the few moments after I say those words, there is utter silence and the only thing I hear is the sound of my blood hitting the water in the tub, which is already painted red. I see him opening his mouth and yell at me, yelling my name, but I hear nothing. I close my eyes and I feel only the blood steadily dropping from my wrist. "Put me in the same coffin..."

Two years have passed since Mikael Anik and Estelle Marzena survived the Illyrian Blood Rite and were mated. They've finally settled into their new life together, back in the Dawn Court. However, the peace they've known thus far is almost at an end. For months, Estelle has suffered nightmares of the events that took place on Ramiel, and they are growing worse with each day that her questions remain unanswered. It is time for the mystery to be unraveled, but what will it cost to do so? There is more at stake now than either of them could have imagined. Are they facing an isolated threat, or is it possible that some ancient foe lurks within Prythian's borders, waiting for her chance to strike? Disclaimer: I do not own the ACOTAR series or the characters and places therein. I take credit only for this story and my original characters. * a novella, or short story* Thea isn't doing well. Since the tragedy of "Three Tasks", the thirteen year old has spiraled from bad to worst. She refuses to let anyone in, barely sleeps, barely eats: she's a human ghost. But when Kyle catches her putting a knife to her own skin, he draws the line. Thea is sent, very unwillingly, to Asgard in hopes that there, she may find peace. The problem is, Thea's hatred for Loki has only increased. And she no longer accepts that she is beginning to think of him a brother or, more likely, even a father. While Loki, Thor, Peter, and the rest of the gang tries to reach her, she keeps pushing them back, putting up a wall between them and the world around her. Loki, however, is the only one who has the keys to Thea's heart, but he is still not completely sure how to use that key. And he has secrets of his own, secrets that he knows will threaten those around him, and threaten the one he loves most in this world: the little green-eyed girl who had collided with his world. "Ei Diafol" is as much as about the growing bond between Loki and Thea as it is the struggle with both of their inner demons. But of course, as it is so often with Thea, happiness is only ephemeral. ....Look into her eyes.... ....It's where her demons hide... ....Don't get too close.... ....It's dark inside.... ....It's where her demons hide.... ....It's where her demons hide... Rated PG-13 for: Infrequent language (d*m, h*ll, a*s), occasional amounts of emotional/fantasy violence, and allusions to self-harm

The war is over-but the battle for peace has just begun. Lightning dragon Zavarielis Voltren has fought for her people's future, but now the fate of dragons and humans rests on a fragile political gamble. In the human capital, a Regency vote will decide the kingdom's next ruler-and whether peace will hold or burn. At her side is Esoti Thornecairn, a human fire mage whose strength-and something more-stirs beneath the surface. The bond between them blazes brighter than ever, yet new power comes with new dangers. Not all dragons welcome him among them... and not all humans are willing to see dragons in their council halls. When political rivals turn to assassins and ancient enemies stir beneath the earth, Zavi and Esoti must walk separate paths to secure an alliance that could change the realm forever. She will face the dragon hordes, he will face truths that could alter everything they thought they knew-and together they must face the firestorm that threatens to destroy everything they've fought for. But in a court where every smile hides a blade, even love may not be enough to save them. ~~~~~ ~~~~~ ~~~~~ Crowned in Flame and Storm is the second book in the Scentmarked series. [EDITED EDITION] Hera could no longer hear the clicking of her heels as she walked towards the Magic Fountain, the fountain that would protect her from possession of a Conjured. The floor here was still stone like in the hallway, yet it was dead quiet. Her shoes just made no noise. She was so close she could make out the individual strands of magic in the water of the Fountain when she heard the scream. It was shrill and blood-curdling, filled with so much fear it made Hera want to scream herself. Which she did, when she looked up. It was a Conjured. Looking directly at her. ~~~~~ Hera Giala loves books. She kind of sees herself as a background character, necessary to the plot but not really anything special. Yet no amount of reading could have prepared her for what was to come. A war has been waging for centuries. The war between Giala and Conjured - evil, decaying, humanlike creatures with burning blue eyes and a hatred for royals. Royals like Hera, princess of Giala. And now, as the new queen, it's Hera's job to kill them, and not loose herself or the bright colours of her world in the battle for peace.
