Well, they are mysterious, immortal creatures called kwamis that help the two teens to become the two superheroes. Tikki is with Marinette, backing her all the way. Being superheroes is a privilege given by mysterious, magical creatures called Kwamis. Tikki is Ladybug's Kwami, supporting Marinette. And Plagg is Chat noir's Kwami, a Camembert cheese maniac.
