Am I still dreaming?
I obviously have to be, that's the only reasonable explanation, right?
I was having a nightmare. Soon enough I would wake up.
I had to. I felt myself start to tremble.

Sitting there in bed, feeling scared to grab my vibrating phone.

bloodlust (technoblade x OC; AU)
i hear footsteps behind me. i try to get up but struggle to because of the wound in my side. i shift my body to see Technoblade walking towards me. "Techno i'm fine, really." i say, frustrated. he doesn't respond, instead, he kneels beside me and looks at my wounds. he lifts up my shirt to show the stab wound on my side, blood spilling from it. "who did it?" he asks. "what-" "who stabbed you?" he asks, anger lingering in his voice. "why does it matter?" "just tell me." he asks, anger being replaced with eagerness. "Schlatt." i mumble. the pain in my side increases by the second. Technoblade looks up from me, to Schlatt, who holds a sword with my blood dripping off of it. Technoblade stands up from beside me, and approaches Schlatt, drawing his axe. "what's wrong Techno? i was doing you a favor. it's not like you even liked her in the first place." Schlatt said, smiling. Technoblade didn't respond, instead, charging at him. axe braced for attack. • • • possible triggers: gore, violence, angst no smut based of the Dream SMP, some lore it's not TOTALLY canon, only some events there is information about the story in the first chapter. if anyone in this story is uncomfortable with me posting this content, i will happily take it downComplete
I can tell
I'm different, I can read and see what people think. Every moment of everyday... it's not normal. I've been this way for too long. Ever since I saw my best friends dad die in front of my own two, once blue eyes. My now gold orbs, seeing the world for what it actually is. Unfortunately, I think that this story will be discontinued. Thank you to everyone who has read it, this just isn't what I'm interested in writing anymore. The Myth that Became Real
I was an ordinary girl, as normal as anyone can be. The day some mysterious guy rolled into town and noticed me, my world flipped upside down and things started happening. Things I could not explain. I wish I knew what was in store for me after he noticed me because my life would never be the same. Now my life was about as unnormal as you can get. Everything I thought to be true, especially about myself, was wrong. Not only this but now I live in a world where fantasy creatures exist. Werewolves, vampires, fae, trolls and more. They aren't just a fantasy anymore, they're real. My life was normal like any other person. Then my world came crashing down when I met Liam, he rocked every bone in my body and resistance was hard. I had to leave my world behind after finding out the truth of what I was and train as hard as I could. There were people after me and my kind and I wasn't sure how to stop them. How could I protect so many and lead a brand new life myself? How do I prevent war with the world? And how will I ever be able to resist Liam's charm when every fiber of my being pulls me toward him? The supernatural isn't a myth anymore, they are real and I'm one of them. And now the whole world is after us. Note: This can be read as a standalone but you can read Taken first if you want. There's no reason to read it if you don't want to. This book is completely understandable without reading Taken beforehand.

I reached out and touched the diamond, it seemed to melt away leaving glass. I then spotted a man about my age throwing fire at the walls. I screamed. Then I woke up. My restless mind doesn't stop to think about things before suggesting them to me, pushing my hopes up. I often have debates with myself inside my head. Good thing nobody else hears it though, otherwise I'm certain I'd get some weird stares. My mind continues to argue with me, but really, I'm just arguing with myself. Maybe he likes you. He doesn't. What about the kiss? A dare, nothing more. You love him. Sure I do, but why would he love someone like me? Do I love him? That's a good question... Wait, why am I even thinking about this stuff? This is just me talking to myself, just me shooting possibilities out there, hopes and dreams that most certainly won't come true. I have sanity to realize this, but unfortunately, the other side of me thinks otherwise. You liked kissing him. STOP IT, STOP IT, STOP IT!!! My heart races just at the thought.
