Max grew up in a society ruled by metas. Metas who used their power to scare the people enough to let them rise to the top.
Mortals were treated as almost slaves to even those slightly more powerful than them. But Max isn't like other humans. He hasn't been broken down. He's kept hidden, and trained.
After his sister was kidnapped and taken by the government, like many other children, to be used as a slave, Max goes to save her. He will do anything to save her, even become the villain.

She had no clue how that happened, but she had to find how. Now, she was extremely smart. She did research. Then she saw many reports on the news about this man called "The Streak".
