***THE FIRST THREE CHAPTERS WERE PUBLISHED 'PRIVATE' SO I PUBLISHED THE SAME 3 CHAPTERS IN PUBLIC***
    This is the sequel to Mockingjay. Katniss names her children Prim and Finnick. Haymitch names his son Perry (Perry's mother is Effie). Since the rebellion is over, they don't need to teach their children fighting skills so they aren't prepared for any fights. Still, they have vast knowledge about edible plants and has skills and instincts.
    Then, District 1 attacks the Capitol and succeeds in taking over the government. They make the New Hunger Games, with different rules from the original Games.
    1. A person from the opposite gender can volunteer for a chosen tribute.
    2. There can be more than half of the tributes of the same gender from one district.
    3. There will be 4 people from each district.
    This book is from Prim's POV from chapter 2 to nearly the end.
    (In this book, not everyone may survive.)
