Echo: The Kits Take A Stand
This is a warriors fan fiction that was already completed on google docs about six months ago. There are nine chapters and I will release them all pretty quickly because they are all already finished. Me and my friend (4lifejayfeather) wrote this a little while ago, our writing skills have improved since then I promise. Echokit and her friends live in a very large Clan called PondClan where a strange sickness has been infecting many of the cats. The sickness is not very deadly, but it can kill cats slowly overtime. The medicine cats are determined to find a cure for it, but meanwhile Hazelstar creates a new rule for the Clan: As long as the sickness is still around, no kit may become an apprentice until the age of 10 moons to protect them from being exposed to the sickness. Echokit, who is only one moon old and already feels ready to be an apprentice, is obviously outraged by this, just as many of her siblings and friends are. (I cringe at this every day now. It's not too horribly written, but it is rushed and disorganized. Please know this isn't a representation of my current work.) Two kits, same pelts, opposite souls. Blessedkit, born to ShadowClan parents, discovers quickly that he is quite "special" in the eyes of his Clanmates. His brother, Rottenkit, is presumably a filthy-hearted cat who would have become a murderer if he had been allowed to be, and therefore was murdered in the womb by StarClan. In MountainClan, Mountainstar's life has changed completely in only two moons and she struggles to be a good leader while trying to build confidence, pride and respect within her Clan of rouges, kittypets and loners. In MoonClan, Leopardpaw is happy to return to her normal life as a warrior but tensions and unrest are brewing a storm within the normal peaceful Clan and as an apprentice, she fears there is nothing she can do to stop it. In SunClan, Blossompaw is fighting a constant battle with her self-worth and second guessing all of her skills, always pushing herself to the brink of exhaustion and still never feeling good enough, just desperately trying to be a good SunClan warrior. Owlpaw has finally set her paws on the path of a medicine cat, but despite her best efforts she still feels out of place and in the way, and to make things worse she is faced with another mission from StarClan, and if she fails this one; death and violence could consume all five Clans.Concluida
