This is a story about life: the ups and the downs, and the reality of everyday life. Caroline is a teen going though high school, trying to navigate friends, her love life, and then it continues on through after college. The thing that's different about Caroline, however, is that she sees everything, and she knows everyone. She is special. And she's going to change both her own world and the outside world with her gift.
