Violet is a 14 year old skateboarder. Her parents are divorced and she lives with her mother in California. This summer she goes to visit her dad for a week in Arizona. When she finds out there is a skate park near her dads apartment, she goes right away to check it out. But she's not going to 'just skateboard' like she thought she was. She's going to meet some people that might just change her life completely...for the good or the bad. But that's not all! What will she come back to at her dad's apartment building? Angel is an outgoing and talkative person, looking to find friends in a new school. Satan and Angel become friends, Angel teaching her sign. They eventually lead to something more, which seems to cause more than it should.
