I feel myself curl up in the corner of the wall furthest away from them. I stay in the shadow to stay undetected. Why did this have to happen to me of all people? I mean the one night I do something wild I end up in a situation like this. I'm pretty sure Jolyn is going to kill me when he finds out about this and I knew going to this club with Ashley was a bad idea. I mean I live in New York for God sakes I should know crazy things like this are bound to happen. I just wish I could have figured that out 10 minutes ago before I walked out that door.
I grip my hands tightly around my mouth as I watch the gun go off. The man that was once standing there, was now dead on the ground with a bullet to his head. Please God don't let me be next I think to myself as I try to be embraced by the shadows of the night even more.

The both of them knows the other exist but never met, until something happens that changes the way they view people. "Get off of me!" I yelled. Elijah ran over and pushed Ash off. "Leave her alone!" Elijah yelled. "She's not yours. You left her." Ash said. Elijah pushed Ash to the wall. "Don't touch her!" Elijah yelled getting in his face. "Get the fuck out of my face! You only wanted her because she was new. Well guess what, I got it too." Ash said. Elijah grabbed Ash by the neck and choked him. I saw Ash turn purple. "Elijah get off of him. Your going to kill him." I said. Trying to get Elijah hands off of him. "I should. Wouldn't you want that?" Elijah asked looking at me. Damn, he asked me. "Elijah I want you to let go of him." I said. Elijah let him fall to the ground. Elijah walked away. "She's making you soft Baxter." I look over to who said it. Luke. Elijah ran to him and punched him. "Elijah please!" I cried. Jackson was trying to get him off of Luke. "Chloe might be making me soft but I don't care. I like when I'm around her. You are not going to fucking touch her and think I won't do anything to you." Elijah said while punching him. "Elijah! I love you! Ok?" I said. Elijah stop punching by then his knuckles was bloody and Luke's face looked like it got hit by a car. Elijah got up off of Luke and looked at me. "What? After all I have done to you?" He asked. He walk towards me. Everyone was looking. "You can add Ash and Luke again to your list of saving me from." I laughed. "Well fuck. By the time I marry you that list will be long." He laughed. "Do I drive you crazy?" I asked. He got closer to me. "Yeah but everyone drives me crazy."
