Elmo Gonzo is your average klutzy 15-year-old boy. That is, as average as any kid who can use pyrokinesis, control shadows, be invisible, and fly (but not very well) can be. 
When he finally exposes his powers to the public while trying to assist a man, his efforts turn for the worst, and he is dubbed a villain. 

Accidental Villain leads the reader through Elmo's struggle to overcome his bad luck and become a hero.
