"I can't stand her, any more!" I yelled as I flopped on my bed. 

He sat down beside my, rubbing calming circles on my back. "I'm afraid, Jimmy," I told him as I sat up. "I won't let anyone hurt you," he told me. I sobbed. "I'm afraid of myself! I'm afraid of what I'll do if I stay another minute around that bitch!" I all but yelled at him. We were silent for a couple minutes until he spoke up.

 "Then stay with us."
