Marney Ables has a secret.
You know how some people may have an STD or are secretly adopted? Something NORMAL.
Marney isn't normal, though. Her secret is that she sees ghosts.
Just when she thinks that her haunting gift or curse (she's not sure what to call it) is ONLY for her and nobody else has it, she finally finds someone similar.
But once a secret is known, it can't be taken back.
So when she goes through troubles later on, she has to be careful so that her secret never gets out.
If it does, her life could be ruined.
*I don't proofread, so grammatical errors and spelling mistakes will definitely occur. Mostly because I write on my phone and the autocorrect is crappy. Not to mention I began writing this when I was 13 and this is a story that I've been writing for like 3 years...*
