From the writer that brought you "Heiress of Austenland", I present thee, my newest rom-com/action packed Sci-fi epic!

an Alternate Universe "Star Wars: the Force Awakens" Fanfiction. 

A comedy (with some romance of course) about The First Order being a high school and all the hilarious parody crap that follows. Rey meets Kylo Ren there and they are enemies. Of course there are a bunch of hilarious, amazing, yet totally random (and sometimes pointless) adventures of Rey and Kylo as a result.

I know this might sound lame and that a little kid wrote it but don't judge til you read. I'm not a kid i swear! I'm an adult XD I wrote Between Two Worlds and Vigilance so I'm not an unskilled writer. And it's meant to be a modern twist comedy anyway. And slightly stupid but also hilarious. Just a lot of fun and really enjoyable.
The story actually gets more serious as the book progresses and ends with an epic battle of good and evil and all things Star Wars with plot twists and awesome lightsaber fights that expand the abilities that both Jedi and Sith have.

Anyway I hope you guys like this. My sister and I started writing it together just for fun but I hoped some others would get a kick out of it as well.

(Despite the title, this story follows the Resistance leaders and pilots more than Kylo/Ben himself, though there will be a few chapters about him) Time period: Ten years before The Force Awakens to about a week before, picking up where "Ben Solo" left off. This story (as a prequel) is mine, and so are the non-canon characters (except the ones people suggested, but I expanded on them, so technically the characters are mine), so please don't take them. I normally write about the Captain Swan ship or dabble in a little Harry Potter, I've thought about this before, and now have some inspiration. After watching The Force Awakens, I thought Kylo Ren and Rey would either end up being related or it would be a star-crossed lovers kind of thing. After watching The Last Jedi I can definitely see things going in a romantic direction with them. Let's face it, is it really a relationship if you haven't tried to kill each other at least once? After all, Emma held a knife to Hook's throat and tied him to a tree, and then there was a sword fight and she knocked him out. So here's my first go at a story based on what I recently learned is a ship called Reylo!

Luke Skywalker stands net to R2-D2 the sky around him burns shades of orange, yellow and red and behind him a Jedi temple burns. A sinister voice now whispers, and a flash of blue light reveals a fleet of Imperial Star Destroyers filling the vastness of space as blue fire leaps between them. A powerful red laser of an unseen weapon obliterates the surface of a planet. Shrieks, whispers and screams and then the sound of a lightsaber igniting. A fiery red saber but behind that saber is Rey, her hand twitches and the saber becomes a double-pronged staff. A maniacal evil laugh cackles. Kylo woke with a start and sat upright on his bed.
