Does anyone really take into account how words hurt us? A single hurtful comment that you make could have a person feeling bad for days. Without you giving a second thought to it. We're told to "man up". To get over it. No one cares if you take a sick day, but if you take a mental health day, you're labelled as lazy. What's wrong with our society today that people can't accept that words hurt, and sometimes, people just need time to be sad?
