A girl named Lyra is entrusted with (cursed?) with a gift. The gift will slowly be expounded upon throughout the book, but for now it is known that she is a psychic, and has lived for a longer amount of time than humanly possible. This is from her point of view, telling the readers about her struggles, asking them to understand her. She is put into a new school, and she once again has to start a new life for herself. All is unbalanced. The rest is for you to judge.
I really don't know how to write a description, especially since this is still a very basic idea in my mind-hardly developed at all. I could really use feedback!
