Your mom died when you were a baby, you dad must have had a few or he was too tired to remember correctly. He said she burst into flames on the ceiling of my nursury. You tell yourself that he is as crazy as the story is.
You had a...weird friend in high school, and this is the story about how he, ugh; can't even say his name, turned you into a hunter like him and his family, what's left of it anyway.

You grew up to be a hunter despite your fathers wishes for you. Your father, Bobby Singer, hated that you were in this line of work, and he always blamed himself for ridding you of a normal life. It's not like he didn't try to shield you from this life. For the majority of your childhood you weren't aloud to touch weapons or read up on anything supernatural - but his efforts went to waste whenever the Winchesters were over. Growing up an only child with just your father to keep you company could have been boring, but every once in a while one of your dad's old hunting buddies would drop his two sons off at your house. Those weeks and sometimes months when Sam and Dean Winchester lived with you were the best times of your life. The two brothers were your best friends. Dean was the first person to teach you how to shoot, hell he was the first on to teach you most things in this line of work.
