Elstarkra was the daughter of Inspector Javert. He had raised her on his own. What happens when Elstarkra joins the barricade boys. Her friends at the barricade needed her help and she was happy to help them. No matter what her fathers thoughts on the matter was. Elstarkra was always a wide eyed child. She knew the law like the back of her hand, but that didn't mean she couldn't get into childish antics. A café stood in a street, she hadn't seen it before, but the mysterious cafe always appeared in her dreams. She never told her father, with him being an inspector he had a reputation to uphold.
