Some are the best and others the worst.
Ups and downs are good.
Despite on of awful it was.
Without the ups we wouldn't enjoy life.
Without the downs we wouldn't get experience.
Ups and downs can be bad.
Gives us memories of horrible things.
Makes us cry when we reflect on them.
Don't let the downs control your life.
Don't let them define who you are.
Don't let them bring you down in a black obesis.
Most importantly don't let them hurt you, turn them into an experience, to help others. Who are also hurting.
Do let the happiness come. Let it
surround you with joy. Let it replace painful memories with happy memories. But don't do drugs to get your happiness.
Let you friends and families give you joy.
Ups and downs are needed for life. Use them for good, and not for bad. Be yourself, ignore the black hole, ignore depression. Be yourself the right people will stick with you.

They say what's in the past keep it in the past but I wanted to know all about my past. It was things that I didn't know and that I wanted and needed to know! But my life turned upside down when my past is exactly what I should have left alone. The brain makes up about 2 percent of a human's body weight, uses 20% of the oxygen consumed by the body and . . . is often not under our control. Proof? Try counting slowly with your eyes closed in a quiet place. How far did you get before you lost count and started thinking about something else? Many people can't make it past ten. Drugs are not the answer. Why risk addiction while destroying your lungs and your brain with alcohol, nicotine (smoking tobacco or vaping), cannabis (marijuana), opium derived drugs like Oxycontin or other unnecessary and unhealthy chemicals? If you need to dispel a bad mood, use one or more meditation techniques, evolution's natural way to obtain happiness.
