Melting His Heart by 7lyrics

This book will be taken down January 1st of 2022 to be rewriten and edited! "I want to go away." I say raising my voice for the first time since I've been here. The back of his hand collides with my cheek throwing me to the floor. He growls and I cower before him. "Why are you so mean to me! I am your mate!" I desperately shout. He chuckles darkly as he walks to me slowly. "All you have done is act like a monster." I shout crawling away from him. "I am a monster just like you are my dear." A wicked smirk is plastered on his face. My coal black eyes widen as I shake my head looking into his Icy blue eyes. "No I am not a monster." I whisper. "You are a monster, a pathetic monster but still a monster." He states calmly as he kicks at my feet. I look up at him "Why? Why are you like this. " "Runt, I am a king of beast. King of dragons and you wonder why I am cold? My very power is ice." He grabs hold of my shoulders and lifts me up as his face nears mine. "And I am going to enjoy freezing your heart."

I slap him across the face. Then I shove him. After that, I start to punch his chest repeatedly, still crying. "I HATE YOU! YOU'RE A HORRIBLE PERSON! A HORRIBLE KING! A HORRIBLE ALPHA! I know it's dangerous but I ignore him, I keep my eyes shut and continue to rock myself back and forth, my hands blocking my ears. I didn't want to look at him, I didn't want to see those black orbs. "Look at me." He demands, his voice depicting his rage. "No," I whisper. "Look at me or I swear, I will do it!" He shouts. I'm not completely sure what 'it' is but I'm sure it has to do with death. Although the poor kid probably wants exactly that. I want that for him right now. It must be a lot less painful than what he's probably going through. Slowly, I reluctantly remove my hands from my ears and pick up my head from my knees, I open my eyes gazing up at him. As soon as I do - I wish I hadn't. Because as soon as I do Alexander snaps his neck. I gasp, tears sliding down my cheeks even faster than they were before. My mate is a monster. "I told you." He laughs, "I am a monster.
