Shadows...How normal they seem...Following their hosts ever step, not falling out of place. People began to ignore them, barely glancing down at their feet. But, there is a twist to this simple little sentence. Shadows are alive, so very alive...and there coming to take back what was rightfully theirs....Lacy Nevermind.
Lacy is a shy girl, hiding, good student, lonely, but okay...Since she was a little girl, shadows were only a nightmare, because shadow's don't have red eyes right? Wrong. She saw them again...and for some reason they want her to join them in the mirrors...She doesn't know what is coming, and they are coming closer, daring more to come out into the light. She feels alone, and desperate for answers...she resorts to asking an old librarian for answers.
Phone calls are coming, asking for Lacy to come in for therapy, they think she's crazy and want to hospitalize her. But in there, there is no escape...Can Lacy prevent her doom?
The real question is : Will someone be able to teach her how to fight them before she is dragged into the parallel realm? And can she escape the fate that chose her?

Kids at school are cruel, they bully her brutally just because she's different. She simply waits for everything to get better, after all what's the point in trying when the world will do whatever they can to drag you down. Her only escape from this twisted reality is a creature named Shadow. A terrifying creature that is somehow more humane than the so-called humans around her. So this is a spinoff to a book I'm writing. Because I'm still in school I won't be able to publish the book, so this might be confusing but I will explain it very shortly here: What you need to know about this world is that there are demonic creatures called the nightimps invading the human world since centurys. Because of that angelic creatures created new humans called the lightslayers to protect the normal humans. They gifted them with fantastical powers. They are called Lightslayers and live in the otherside (kinda like a diffrent dimension on earth) where humans and nightimps can't enter. They get their powers at a ceremonie (most times when they age14. !!This story is about Alex Heart and Clio Graves and how they find out about one of the ugliest secrets of the council (the council are the rulers of the otherside). The secret: Damian Grumpy. And Alex feels stronger about Damian then he should.!! You should probably also know about the shadowslayers. They are roge lightslayers and are led by Kennie Freebird a crazy psycho who wants hell for the human world. !!This is a queer love story so if you don't like it, don't read it.
