Tangent City, a huge metropolis located in the rings of Saturn, is home to thousands of humans and extraterrestrial beings. Alec is a test subject for Project Seven, an evil organisation that vows to create the ultimate warrior to combat the cyborg resistance. When Alec escapes the shuttle that is en route to Project Seven's headquarters he discovers his new found power and plots to destroy the organisation that gave him these powers.

Have you ever had a dream where you find yourself in an alien landscape with two humanoid monsters staring at you? Me neither. Unfortunately, it happened to me in real life.
