Alec is a test subject for Project Seven, an evil organisation that vows to create the ultimate warrior to combat the cyborg resistance. When Alec escapes the shuttle that is en route to Project Seven's headquarters he discovers his new found power and plots to destroy the organisation that gave him these powers.
